Twice a month on Monday healthy cooking classes are held with no cost t o participants, thanks to our partnership with the NC Cooperative Extension.
Classes take place in a "learning kitchen" where participants prepare a healthy meal and leave with ingredients to prepare the meal at home. We encourage patients with food-related illnesses to participate.

Art Therapy Classes
For Better Mental Health
Mustard Seed partners with the Creative Aging Network to provide art therapy classes for patients that are socially isolated or dealing with challenges of behavioral health conditions.
Classes are held twice a month on the campus of the Creative Aging Network. A wide variety of classes in visual art are offered. Popular classes include mixed media, watercolor, woodburning, sewing, weaving, and more.
